What is the difference between a bot and Telegram Business?
A bot is a separate account with buttons, a menu and broadcasts. Telegram Business answers from your personal account, so customers see you, not a bot; it has no buttons and needs Telegram Premium.
Can I send broadcasts?
Yes, in a Telegram bot: to everyone or to customers with a tag, as a message or a whole flow.
Can I collect phone numbers and other lead data?
Yes. A question step asks for a phone, email, number or any text and checks the format. Answers are saved to the contact, and in a Telegram bot the customer can share their number with one tap.
Do I need a developer?
No. Connect Instagram with one button, add the bot to Telegram Business, upload your files. That is it.
