FAQ
Is it allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Replies go through the official Instagram API that Meta provides for businesses, and only to people who commented or wrote to you first.
Can I reply only to comments with a keyword?
Yes. Set one or several keywords, or leave them empty to answer every comment.
Can I collect phone numbers and other lead data?
Yes. A question step asks for a phone, email, number or any text and checks the format. Answers are saved to the contact, and in a Telegram bot the customer can share their number with one tap.
Do I need a developer?
No. Connect Instagram with one button, add the bot to Telegram Business, upload your files. That is it.
